Whilst we aim to despatch all orders within 2 days of receipt (excluding weekends), please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Orders are normally despatched using first class post, but we also offer registered post and next day carrier, please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to use a different delivery method then those listed. Larger orders are better despatched using a courier service and will require a signature on receipt.

Because we are a working factory we close for two weeks during Christmas – and while we continue to work on occasional days and can deliver during this time please expect longer delivery times. If we have any issues we will endeavour to keep all customers informed of delays.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us prior to returning your item and we will issue you a full refund, or replacement. This must be done within 28 days from order being placed.
We are happy to repair any damaged pewter items if we can and are happy to quote, please contact us if you wish to use this service.
Please note that if you live in Scottish Highlands & Islands or an island of the British Isles, we cannot do Next Day Delivery - this usually takes at least 2 days.
